We were on holiday as a family, 2 adults and a child. The hotel, although new, is not very comfortable - the terminals for the lamps are not sealed somewhere (the wires are sticking out), the elevators are small, the wait is long. We checked in before 14.00, for which we thank you very much, but when we tried to extend the room (late flight) upon check-out, they refused us, saying that the hotel was full and there were no places (a special wish to the reception manager Larisa to improve her customer focus, it’s very unpleasant when you’re at the reception not happy (. the biggest problem is the food, it is not at all tasty and monotonous. I vacation in Turkey regularly, and such food is not typical for this country as a whole. The grilled fish is always burnt, the hummus is dry, and yes, there are queues for food. Perhaps you can think about the distribution differently, but now for some reason people stand in one line for, for example, French fries and at the same time block access to other hot dishes. We were at the end of May, which is probably not the peak season yet, I’d like to wish you good luck the hotel is in season. The slides and pools are super. The entrance to the sea has more pebbles than sand, although the beach itself is sandy. There is a small pond nearby, where crabs live! Although the water is muddy, the children enjoyed looking for them in the water. Swimming in the pond is not allowed ( just in case). in general, a hotel is not always a relatively new one - this means that everything will be super)))

In general: We arrived at the hotel in the evening, the room was already ready, on the ground floor with a balcony overlooking the neighboring hotel, but this was for the best, because it was not very noisy and from the ground floor it was easy to get to the restaurant, lobby bar and spa center The room is excellent, a double bed and two more bunk beds, 5-7 Russian channels, plasma TV, a good bathroom in general, as well as the whole room, since the hotel is recently built. The hotel provided excellent food, varied food - very tasty, there is a snack bar by the beach, scones during the day, ice cream, pastries, etc. Several pools + great slides. Children have their own mini pool and slides. There was almost no animation because the end of the season was October, but even without this there is something to do. The hotel is the last one on the beach line, the beach is large - sandy. The beach is a 3-minute walk along the path on the hotel grounds. Not a lot of pebbles when entering the sea at a depth of 1m, but that’s normal. 5 minutes from the hotel there are bazaars - bazaars and many shops, at the end there is a shopping center and fixed prices. Tours were taken from a guide at the hotel, the buses were always good and comfortable MercedesBenz, the drivers were excellent - all tours were successful. 24 hour bar in the hotel with internet and good cocktails. The safe costs 1.5 euros per day, they took it because people wrote that they were stealing, for the sake of checking, I left a few dollars and lire on the table and in the closet - they didn’t even touch anything. I really enjoyed my whole vacation, thanks to Anex tour and Sanmelia, we’ll be happy to come again, but better in season.)

We stayed in this hotel from 09/30/17 to 10/08/17, two adults and a 6-year-old child. The hotel is very large, new, beautiful and modern rooms. If you are vacationing with a child, it is best to book rooms overlooking the garden; it will be quiet and peaceful. Room cleaning is average, it all depends on the shift. There were no problems with food and drinks, the beach is large, there is enough space for everyone. The child really liked the children's animation. Free Internet weak, you can buy paid access, but the fishing on the beach is bad, access for 10 days - 15 euros, or 17 dollars. The hotel is located on the 1st coastline and is equipped with its own spacious beach a couple of minutes walk from the residential buildings. Its entire territory is dotted with soft light sand. There are small pebbles only at the bottom and when entering the water, but they are absolutely harmless to the feet, so even small children will not need protective shoes. The entry into the water is smooth, but shallow near the shore. However, the depth begins already at 3-4 meters, so you should be careful if your children are not very good swimmers. You can walk to the water via comfortable wooden boardwalks. The sea is stunning, clean and transparent. There are many different fish swimming here, so vacationers are advised to take a snorkeling kit with them.

The beach has a large number of sun loungers and sun canopies. Beach towels are provided free of charge at the SPA center. There is a drinks bar and restaurant with an outdoor veranda, showers and changing cabins. For a fee, you can engage in various sports at the water entertainment center and ride horses along the sea coast. There is also a volleyball court and various animation activities take place throughout the day.
