The cost of a call to a landline number will be 1.35 UAH per minute of conversation. Thus, the list of supported regions includes Chernivtsi, Kharkov, Zaporozhye, Kirovograd, Chernihiv, Transcarpathian, and Nikolaev regions. The well-known operator offers residents of the specified administrative units the maximum benefit for calls.

In the case of the current tariff plan, funds are debited from the client’s balance only upon completion of communication. This also includes sending a text notification via SMS and ending the session connecting to the World Wide Web. Thus, people have the opportunity to pay for services only while using them.

To connect to the discussed program from Kyivstar, holders of SIM cards from this mobile operator are allowed. More precisely, only those of them that use prepaid communications and, as noted above, are residents of eight Ukrainian regions. To join such a service, neither an agreement nor the provision of any official documents is required. The only point in the Ukrainian Kyivstar tariff for 35 UAH is the need to pay 50 kopecks for sending the first text notification. If we talk about the subscription fee, then adherents of the proposed offer from Kyivstar can save personal funds. This is achieved by the fact that money is not debited from the balance if the person does not communicate by phone. And only after the call is completed (when the above two hundred free minutes have already been transferred to the account) the funds are withdrawn. Therefore, you don’t have to worry about timely replenishment of your account if you don’t need to use mobile communications often.

Speaking about the Kyivstar tariff for 35 UAH per month, it is worth noting that Ukrainians can call subscribers living in the Russian Federation. This service is priced at 12.75 hryvnia per minute of call. The least expensive communication with clients served by StarSvit, because this achieves triple savings.

When the need arises to regularly keep in touch with friends from abroad, there is a chance to join another option called “Favorite Countries”. As part of the tariff, after connecting the option, you only need to select the directions you are interested in.

Using the Global Network

To get unlimited time on the World Wide Web, you just need to pay 53 kopecks per day. This will save a significant amount of personal funds, because 100-MB packages are priced at three hryvnia. And in order to use the Internet uninterruptedly, the minimum amount on your balance is recommended, which is 0.01 UAH.

A service called Kyivstar online 3G for 35 will be useful to those who regularly resort to the help of the Global Network. It is provided on a prepayment basis (as well as online+) and applies only to work in the listed Ukrainian regions.

The subscription fee is 35 hryvnia per month, which is charged on the same calendar day as the previous replenishment. The time of day during which the regulated amount is written off varies up to 24 hours.
